Mother's Day Brunch at LunaLuna

Andrew and I attended a Mother's Day brunch this morning (at the LunaLuna where we go for TGIFriday and OMG It's Monday playgroups. We were suprised to see a mom and daughter we've met several times here, and Andrew was overjoyed to see the daughter!



For an hour and a half, we had a craft, lunch and snacks (including a yummy sangria punch), playtime for the kiddos and socialization for the moms. And on the way out we each received a carnation and a little gift. The cost was 3000yen, which I would have said no to in a heartbeat back in the US, but what the heck, we're supposed to be enjoying ourselves here, right?
