Petrol station in Nishi-Shinjuku

A gas station here in Nishi-Shinjuku... I've noticed most stations are situated on a corner; maybe for easy exiting? The gas pumps pull down from the ceiling (a space efficiency thing?) and the stations are full-service like it used to be in the US. They wash your windows, pump your gas and supposedly they even stop traffic on a busy street to get you on your way. All with no tipping. Oh, the service!
