Prissy dogs

If you don't have kids around here, you have a dog. At least that's how it seems inside the city. All owners are equipped with a pint-size dog and suitable sized handbag for carrying once the dog is tired. Each dog is usually outfitted with some outfit or accessory but this one takes the cake! She is wearing shoes!
